Welcome to True Balance App Offer. We are glad that you are a part of it now. The True Balance App for Android (“True Balance”), which is provided by Balance Hero India or Balancehero India Pvt. Ltd (in any case, “Balance Hero”), has Cashback Program(“Cashback”, or “offer”), Referral Rewards Program (“Invite”) and Extra Rewards Program(Collectively referred to as “Rewards”, “Promotions” or “offer”) which allow registered True Balance users (each a “True Balance User”, “You”, “User”, “Referrer”, or “Participants”) earn True Balance Points(“Points”) or Coins(“Coins”) which can be used in True Balance Recharge System (“Wallet” or “Emergency Loan”).
By creating an account on True Balance, you agree to TRUE BALANCE PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS (these “Terms and Conditions”). Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may lead to deletion of your account, cancellation of any rewards posted to your account including referrals, as well as any other applicable legal remedy. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future terms and conditions, you are not authorized to use or access (or continue to use or access) the True Balance application or use the services offered thereunder.
True Balance Users can earn Wallet Points to qualify for True Balance offers in future (i) by using the Referral Rewards Program if the True Balance User invites and refers a friend who enters the referral code to create a valid True Balance account that complies with our Terms of Service and completes incentivized Task (“Tasks”) to referral network time to time including, the Sign-up process (“Register”, “Registration” or “Sign-up”) or (ii) by participating the Cashback Program. To redeem points given to you, you should visit True Balance to use Wallet or Emergency Loan.
Referred friends (each a “New User”, “Referred”, “Referee”) that have registered for a True Balance account with a valid referral code sent from an original Referrer (“Referrer”) will also receive Rewards for registration (the “New User Credit”). The New User Credit will be credited to the new user’s account after completing the Registration and entering the referral code (“Referral Code”, “Referral Link”, “Link”, “Invite”, “Invite Link”) shared by the original Referrer to redeem.
After the completion of Registration, Referrer may ask Referee to accept and complete certain type of Task (“Ask”). When Referee completes one’s Task, both participants may receive Rewards in accordance with Task Cases. True Balance has the sole discretion to change, suspend or modify the Rewards amount and the Tasks at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
Each Referred User must redeem the Referral Code, by entering it in the True Balance application if the system fails to read it automatically, and complete the registration. Referral Rewards can be redeemed when the True Balance User next recharges or tops-up in Wallet and will be removed from the True Balance User’s account upon its expiration. Referral Points and New User Credits may not be (i) transferred or exchanged for any cash or money or (ii) earned by creating multiple True Balance accounts that are owned by one User. Referral Points and New User Credits accrued in multiple True Balance accounts may not be combined into one True Balance account.
Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes and should only be shared with personal connections. Referral Code should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends (such as coupon or websites, personal blogs, Reddit, or Quora). Referrals shall not be made through the use of spamming tactics.
As part of the Referrer being able to receive rewards for completion of each Task, the Referee acknowledges, understands and agrees that when Referee accepts and completes the each Task, the Referrer will know that the Referee has completed one’s Task.
All the communication related to the rejection of receiving Rewards will be communicated to the applicant and True Balance only and will not be sent to the referring customer. Referrer can only check the status of their reference by proactively login to the True Balance application.
A Referred friend may only use one Referral Code. If a referred friend receives Referral Codes from multiple True Balance Users, only one corresponding True Balance User of the Referral Code actually used by the Referred when setting up a True Balance account will receive Referral Points.
“Emergency Loan” means the digital voucher given to Users. It is only redeemable if Users meet special requirements for this program. Users must understand the terms and conditions that go along with Emergency Loan.
To avail Emergency Loan worth Rs.10; (i) the main balance of Participant’s prepaid mobile account should be less than Rs.20, and (ii) Points in Wallet should be less than Rs.10.
You need to update True Balance to v2.41 or any later version to convert Emergency Loan to Wallet Points automatically before it is expired. Emergency Loan is not valid from 17th August, 2017 onwards.
The Cashback Program (“Cashback”) is one of the promotional programs offered by True Balance. Enrolment in the Program is automatic for all eligible True Balance Users. Users are eligible to attain Points through Cashback once applying a Cashback Code (“Code” or “promo code”) on the purchase of a plan.
By participating in this Program, Users may receive a certain amount of Cashback on Qualifying Transactions. An eligible Cashback offer including (i) Cashback amount (“Points”), (ii) Number of Cashback Uses, (iii) Minimum/Maximum recharge amount and (iv) effective date may, from time to time, subject to change as per the discretion of True Balance.
Qualifying transactions are defined as (i) transactions done directly through Payment Gateways (Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking) and (ii) use of a designated promo code provided by True Balance. All qualifying transactions made by an User under the Program are eligible to earn Cashback.
We allow partners, businesses and advertisers (collectively, “Advertisers”) to provide users with a variety of ways (“Extra Earning Activities”, or “Offers”) to earn bonus rewards(“Points,” “Incentives”, or “Rewards”). Advertisers deliver attractive ads, coupons, deals, and other advertising content (collectively, “Ad Content”) through True Balance. Users are allowed to earn rewards by downloading, installing, playing or watching Ad Content. Extra Earning Activities are made available to Users based on a variety of factors, including physical location, Android OS, Smartphone device and participation level with True Balance. True Balance and our Advertisers make no guarantees regarding the number of rewards amount of Extra Earning Activities that will be available to Users at any time.
When a User completes an Offer through True Balance, they are creating a direct relationship with the Advertiser, who provided the Offer. Users should review the Advertiser’s Terms and Conditions relating to the Offer before completing the Offer. True Balance assumes no liability, obligation, or responsibility for any Offer on True Balance, or for any subsequent billing or relationship that occurs between User and Advertiser. Users should contact the Advertiser directly if they have any questions or disputes relating to the Offer.
Some Offers provide additional incentives, such as gift cards, for completing the Offer. In these cases, the incentive is provided directly by the Advertiser to the User and is independent of True Balance Offer. There may be additional requirements to receive these incentives beyond what is required to receive credit from True Balance. Balance Hero is not responsible for these additional incentives.
Unless otherwise stated, Offers are available only for Users who have applied for the Offer for the first time. Users will not be credited for completing an Offer if they have completed the Offer in the past, through True Balance, any other website, app, or social network, completion of or participation in offers, interactions with Advertisers, or with the Advertiser directly.
A User may choose to opt-out or opt-in to this experience and offer.
Most Offers will be credited to the User’s True Balance account within a few business days from completion while others may take up to forty-five (45) days to credit. Users should read and comply with all requirements of an Offer to ensure timely credit. Users can redeem the rewards on Wallet.
True Balance credits Users for completing Offers based on information we receive from our Advertisers. Thus, the Advertiser has the final say in whether or not a User is credited for completing an Offer. True Balance makes no guarantee that Users will receive credit for completing an Offer. Users should save all confirmation/welcome emails (and similar information) they receive from the Advertiser after completing an Offer. This information can often be used to credit a User’s account if not done automatically. If you download any materials from this service, you do so at your discretion and risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such materials. Balance Hero does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials on this service in terms of their completeness, correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise.
Balance Hero reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate a User’s account and cancel all Points or other items posted to their Account, in addition to any other legal remedies, in the event that a User’s activity appears fraudulent.
