Qualification:
- BFA/MFA in Any Specialization
- Strong business acumen with rich experience in using all design software: Photoshop & Illustrator
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Creating graphics and layouts for Social Media, Websites, Info graphics, Mobile Apps, Mobile Websites, Print Collateral.
- Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique
- Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organisation and that advance our brand strategy
- Working closely with the account team, strategy team, and copywriters to develop concepts and present to management
- Brainstorming with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Test graphics across various media
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Experience: 10 -12 years

Qualification:
10+ years’ experience in product design and leadership.
3+ years managing and growing design teams.
Demonstrated leadership experience closely partnering with product managers to develop the strategy and rationale for features.
Mobile Product design experience is key.
Experience in iterative software delivery methodologies, such as Agile.
An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in typography, interaction and visual design, and ideation.
