Data Deletion
How to raise data deletion requests?
If you have True Balance App :

Open True Balance App.

Click on the “More” at the right bottom of the page.

Now click on your Name or phone number shown at the top left of the page.

Now click on the 2nd menu from the bottom, displayed as “Delete my data”.

Now, you would get two options:

Delete all data: This would delete your data related to loan and wallet including permanent closure of your wallet. You will also be logged out immediately from the app and will not be able to log in again.

Delete loan data: This will delete your data related to the loan available with True Balance. However, you will still be able to use and avail of services from the app..

If you have any Applied/ Approved/ Outstanding loan, then you need to withdraw/ close the loan in order to raise a request for data deletion

If you have money in your wallet, you need to use/ transfer money to any other wallet/ bank before raising the data deletion request.

If you don’t have True Balance App :

Open your registered email ID and compose the mail for the data deletion request.

In the subject, either put “Delete all data” or “Delete loan data” as per your requirement.

Send the mail on cs@balancehero.com with your registered phone number mentioned in the Email.

Once we receive your request, it would take 3 to 5 business days to process this request.

You would receive a confirmation message about your data deletion request.

If you wish to get deleted your data from our Digital Lending Partner (NBFC) from whom you have availed loan, please reach to their Customer Support team by visiting their website/app.

Note -
We shall retain certain data with respect to your loan to serve you better only if your loan is outstanding.
Due to certain regulatory requirements, we may retain certain data with respect to your Wallet/ Gift/ Loan, irrespective of the balance in your wallet/ loan account status.
