These terms and conditions ( "Terms of Use" ) pertaining to use of coupon is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made there under as applicable and the amended pertaining to the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any signatures on this document.

 

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "User" or “Coupon holder” shall mean any natural or legal person who agree to become a buyer on the App by providing Registration Data using the computer systems. The term "We", "Us" , "Our" shall mean True Balance. 

 

1. Users who are not competent to contract (below the age of 18 years) within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible to make transaction using the App; 

 

2. Use of the App and services and/or tools provisioned thereunder are governed by the these terms and conditions including the terms and conditions combined with specific category of coupon plan and if User transact on the true balance Mobile App ("App "). User shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the App for such transaction; 

 

3. To redeem the coupon code, the User types the coupon code into the promotional box in the desired field of the App. If the User fails to enter the coupon code at the time of purchase as specified, the purchase will not be eligible for the cash back in the form of Free Points. Coupon may not be claimed after confirmation of a User's purchase on the App. 

 

4. A coupon cannot be applied to bookings previously placed orders. Coupon cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit. Coupon can be redeemed online against the products/services listed on App only. Coupon payment option is available for single order with multiple sellers. 

 

5. Each coupon is identified by a code and has different rewards which may depend on the Payment option for the transaction, Date, Value of the transaction, no. of times a user can use the coupon on different orders. The User can decide the reward desired during the placing order phase whilst being bound by the conditions linked to the redemption of the coupon. 

 

6. Each coupon is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified therein. 

 

7. Private coupons can be used by the person to whom coupon was issued. Private Coupon are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash and can be combined with free points offered by true balance. Only one coupon can be applied for a transaction. 

 

8. Coupon holders are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Coupon. True balance is not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if coupon is lost, stolen or used without by any other person. 

 

9. Any offer on Coupons including offers by banks and instant cash backs could be withdrawn anytime at the sole discretion of true balance. 

 

10. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian laws and to the jurisdiction of the courts of India. 

 

11. True balance reserves the right to discontinue a coupon at any time.
